Arrival/training/all the normal crazy stuff
The craziest town in Europe goes just a little bit crazier over this weekend.
8:00am Reaching the track by boat. Monaco isn’t real. Once you’ve understood that, you can thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere.
8:05am The regular journey to work takes just that bit longer than usual in Monaco. It’s a very special race after all; the fans know that, too.
8:15am Once you’re through the turnstiles, it’s all about work. We adjust the car in the first two practice sessions: maximum downforce, as always in Monaco.
5:00pm Feeding the vultures: the press await.
